Pros: Great Ka sensitiviy, does not false on Ka. Extremely sensitive K. Autoscan mode (great)

Cons: Falses on K band. understanding K falsing levels and duration makes this a non-issue..

I would not hesitate recommending potential buyers to purchase this unit. It will save you the expense of tickets and the higher insurance premiums that go along with them. Read More

Pros: Inexpensive brother of the 995, with the most important parts still intact.

Cons: k-band false alarms, but the user figures it out quickly.

Great entry-level radar detector. Seems to do everything the more expensive units do, with the exception of color changing readout. Read More

Cons: No smartcord or hard case, and no mutiple threat display readings
