Pros: Built-in EDGE module, Ultraportable, fantastic 6 hour battery life, Dual-Layer DVD burner comes standard.

Cons: Small keyboard, no floppy drive, average processor speed, limited 60 GB HD non-upgradeable, pricey.

It's combination of ultralight weight, long battery life and connection wirelessly via the Cingular EDGE network, as well as in 802.11 hot spots, makes this notebook a mobile dream! Read More

Great hardware, annoying software.

Pros: slim, small, great keyboard, bluetooth, 3.1 lbs, built-in GSM modem.

Cons: GSM modem only supports Cingular! Crappy software! Memorystick. No install media.

Bottom Line:
Great laptop, but be prepared to spend time tweaking the software, and don't expect any support from Sony. Read More
